These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and CRM platform provided by RDSupport (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide remarketing and sales services across a range of sectors, as well as a CRM platform for managing leads, communications, and related data. The scope of any specific engagement is set out in a separate agreement between you and us.

Access to the platform requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

The platform, website, and all related materials are owned by RDSupport or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited right to use the services as permitted.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDSupport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you breach these Terms or where required to protect our business or other users. You may stop using the services at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
